How our journey began
Our journey began 10 years ago, when CEO and Chief Consultant of TCM, David Liddle began to dream of new ways HR could positively disrupt the digital space. The first building blocks came from a desire to provide digital support for TCM’s unique Transformational Culture Model and Resolution Framework. As the dream grew and matured, the structure has continued to be built upon our Transformational Culture model and is now reaching even greater and dizzying heights.
Present day
We are offering an evidence-based way to build a business case for cultural change. Within this phase 1 offering you will find toolkits to help assess your culture, climate and readiness for cultural change, which will generate a custom report based of these findings to help guide you in your journey. Apaxio is also able to offer powerful people data and analytics to show patterns, trends, management information and relationships within the data. Further evidence can be provided through our unique cost of conflict calculator which is a heavy contender in building your case for a Transformational change journey.
And one day
Apaxio® (in reflection of our ambition and love for blue sky thinking) will become the world’s leading digital platform for the people and culture function and will provide an all-in-one toolkit for people and culture professionals to implement and maintain the transformation from traditional HR towards people and culture climates. This will involve a wide range of modules designed through TCM’s Transformational Culture ™ model. Apaxio® will sit as the beating heart of this culture, feeding from and to it with powerful people data and analytics that have the potential to change the working landscape. We want to give you the evidence-based practice to support those changes we all know the working world needs. From culture assessment toolkits to a digital triage, your route to resolution will be fully supported. We are having great fun currently developing this and are excited to offer it to you later this year. So, watch this space!
